Perfex is a popular self-hosted CRM and business operations platform used for customers, invoicing, projects, tasks, tickets, and more. YazFex extends Perfex because many midsize teams have already standardized on it and want intelligence without migrating to expensive SaaS platforms.
YazFex App is the analytics and dashboard module. YazFex AI is the assistant and tooling module. They are designed to work together. If YazFex AI is not active, the app dashboards can still load but the floating assistant experience is not injected.
YazFex AI keeps encrypted state under its module's `keys/` directory on your server. It does not send your data to a third-party server to store history. Treat that directory as part of your backup and migration policy.
The module features a multi-provider architecture. Your administrator can choose between Gemini, OpenRouter, Kimi, Groq, OpenAI, and Claude. Keys are configured and encrypted on your server, out of public website scope.

Yes. The app includes seven named themes: blue, silver, business, midnight, neon, light, and soothing. These preferences are stored in the user's browser local storage.
You should back up the full Perfex directory tree, including the modules folder and the `yazfex_ai/keys/` directory. Follow your standard staging-to-production deploy practices.
Deployment Note: Standard operators should consult the official PDF handbook shipped with the release bundle. Keys and model overrides reside on server environment state variables.
