Terms of Service

By accessing or using the YazFex AI website (yazfexai.com) and/or downloading and installing the YazFex Suite software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website or software. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YAZ INC Group.

YazFex AI Suite is a self-hosted software module designed for Perfex CRM. It provides:

• YazFex App — 25 business intelligence dashboards for Perfex CRM

• YazFex AI — A context-aware conversational assistant with database tools

• Executive Pulse — A cross-module leadership command center dashboard

• AI Summary — One-click project and ticket intelligence reports

The software is installed on your own server infrastructure and operates within your existing Perfex CRM environment.

Free Download: The YazFex Suite is available for free download with all features fully unlocked. There are no feature restrictions, trial limitations, or hidden paywalls.

Three-Month Introduction: The first 90 days include no licence reminders. The software continues to work after this period.

Annual Supporter Licence: You may request an optional annual supporter licence when YazFex has proved useful to your business. Commercial terms are confirmed privately after review.

Per-Installation: Each licence key is tied to a specific domain. Running the software on multiple domains requires separate licences.

Non-Transferable: Licence keys are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

You agree to use the YazFex AI website and software only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the software

• Use the software to process, store, or transmit material that violates any applicable law or regulation

• Redistribute, sublicence, or resell the software or any part thereof

• Use the website or software in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the service

The YazFex AI Suite, including all code, designs, documentation, trademarks, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of YAZ INC Group.

Your licence grants you the right to install and use the software on your server. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

All content on the YazFex AI website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The AI features in YazFex AI require integration with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. You are responsible for:

• Providing your own API keys for your chosen LLM provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Groq, Kimi, or OpenRouter)

• Complying with the terms of service of your chosen LLM provider

• Understanding that AI responses are generated content and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify critical business decisions independently.

• Managing API costs with your LLM provider. YazFex does not control or bill for API usage.

YAZ INC Group is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party LLM provider.

Because YazFex AI Suite is self-hosted software:

• You are responsible for the security, backup, and maintenance of your server environment

• You are responsible for ensuring your Perfex CRM installation meets the minimum system requirements

• You are responsible for compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) applicable to the data stored in your CRM

• YAZ INC Group does not access your CRM database, server, or any data processed by the module

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups and following your organization's security policies.

Free users may access community support and documentation. Licenced users receive priority email support.

Software updates are provided at our discretion and may be downloaded from the website. We do not guarantee a specific release schedule.

Major version upgrades may require re-downloading the module. Always back up your installation before applying updates.

THE YAZFEX AI SUITE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YAZ INC Group disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAZ INC Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the software or website

• Any data loss, corruption, or security breach on your server

• Actions taken based on AI-generated responses or recommendations

• Service interruptions from third-party LLM providers

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the software and website at any time by uninstalling the module from your Perfex CRM.

We reserve the right to revoke licence keys and restrict access to the website if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of the website or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
