YazFex AI Suite is self-hosted software that runs entirely on your own server infrastructure. This means:

• Your CRM data stays on your server — YazFex does not transmit, store, or access your Perfex CRM database from our servers.

• AI API keys are stored locally — Any LLM provider API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) are encrypted and stored on your server using AEAD + HMAC-SHA256 encryption.

• Conversation history is local — AI chat history is stored in encrypted files on your server, not on any external service.

• No telemetry or phone-home — The YazFex modules do not send usage data, analytics, or diagnostics back to our servers.

When you use AI features within the YazFex modules, your prompts are sent directly from your server to the LLM provider you have configured. We are not an intermediary in that communication.

The YazFex AI website uses minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies — Required for basic website functionality (e.g., theme preference stored in localStorage).

• Analytics — Vercel Analytics collects anonymized, privacy-friendly metrics without using cookies for cross-site tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts unless explicitly enabled by the site administrator.

Our website and software may interact with the following third-party services:

• Vercel — Website hosting and analytics (vercel.com)

• Supabase — Licence key generation and management (supabase.com)

• LLM Providers — When using AI features in the self-hosted module, your server communicates directly with your chosen provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Groq, or OpenRouter)

Contact form submissions and development inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and provide ongoing support.

Licence records are retained for the duration of your licence validity plus a reasonable period for renewal and support purposes.
